I've been addicted, obsessed and crazed with the color turquoise since elementary school.The intensity of my obsession hasn't waned a bit into my adulthood. If a room in my house isn't a shade of it, then the accessories in that room are.


I love to decorate with turquoise, wear it, accessorize with it and even eat it.

{Play in the Sun and Sleep Amongst the Stars}

Four adults, five teenagers and two children set off on a camping adventure in Wisconsin.

My Aunt and Uncle, their triplet teenagers, my teenage brother and sister. and my little family had one amazing Fourth of July weekend sleeping under the stars and playing in the sun. Days were spent at the lake and the evenings around a camp fire.

 I love this picture of my little brother who is just growing up way to fast. Driving soon? I'm in denial.

I'm adore the memories we got to make that weekend.

My family and I are still recovering from a very Brady camping trip in Wisconsin with some of my extended family. Lots to share soon my friends. While I baby my sunburn and catch up on indoor sleep, I leave you with one of the stars of our trip: the newly deemed Camping Cookie.


Joys Hope introduced me to the amazing 4 ingredient blondie that is now a camping super star. Tomorrow I'm gonna make it a Thursday super star. Really it could be a super star everyday of every week. Completely scrumptious with endless combinations. The absolute easiest ever.
